Frequently Asked Questions

Please text us at 206-792-9898 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

You can expect a comprehensive exam, treatment approach & philosophy information, and treatment plan. Diagnosis and treatment begin from the first session. Non-needle treatment is available, so don't worry if you do not want treatment by needles.

Initial acupuncture sessions are an hour long and include the exam, but subsequent sessions are 45 mins. Half sessions are available at a lower rate for established patients.

Your treatment plan will be explained and curated to meet your specific needs during the first consultation.

Everybody heals at different frequencies. Typically, many experience relief or a change in vitality right away. The more engaged patients are with treatment, the quicker the results.

I encourage wearing something comfortable.

A typical Qi sensation, meaning the flow of energy, is felt during an acupuncture session. Most patients don't feel discomfort.  If you do not want acupuncture, non-needle options are available.

We provide bill statements so you can work directly with your insurance company on reimbursement.
